Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Sacha is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sacha.guayusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
